    hotel grounds very nice staff very helpful Tennis courts in good condition Nice big rooms

    Only 1 english TV channel Rooms very dark WIFI reliability very poor bar food and snack menu was poor for a supposed 5 star hotel - it is not difficult to make a club sandwhich Food and beverages very over priced

    The grounds of the hotel are superb and the gardens are very well maitained. The pool area is well maintained

    The finish of the rooms is well below an adequate standard. Electrical fittings are very poorly installed with wiring showing. The airconditioning is too noisy. The food is not terribly inspiring but is adequate. Compared to some local restaurants it is very expensive. The staff in the Spa facility are not very good natured.

    The hotel is very well situated for visits to the Souk and is close to the airport

    No help from tje hotel to tackle the taxi drivers over high fares to airport .

    C'est un pauvre 5 étoiles qui frole le 3 étoiles . Rarement vu un personnel marocain aussi désagréable et peu présent ( surtout reception de l'hotel ) .

    Ubicación, habitaciones, comodidad de las camas, jardines

    Necesita una renovación y sob todo mejorar la calidad de los desayunos (no utilizado el restaurante de autoservicio)

    Tres central....15mn de la place jemaa el fna et des attraits touristiques...belle chambre et parc arboré sompteux...personnel a l ecoute,mention particuliere a Aicha (reception)et mourad (restaurant).rapport qualité prix correct si on oublies pas que nous sommes ds un 5 etoiles normes locales et pas internationales.petit dejeuner tres correct

    la nourriture....que c est repetitif...le chef manque,apparement,autant d imagination que de moyen....mais on ne meurt pas de faim tout de meme.peut de place pour petit dejeuner dehors et terrasse fermée pour le dejeuner avec des temperatures atteignant les 30.

    las colchonetas de la piscina estaban muy muy sucias, ni en un hostal de tercera seria aceptable.
