Room description

All of the rooms have been decorated with elegant traditional details and include 24-hour electricity and hot running water, individually regulated air conditioning, king-size or twin beds and an en suite bathroom with a shower, bath and hairdryer. Further standard facilities include a flat-screen TV with a DVD player and satellite channels, a fully stocked minibar and a private balcony with beautiful views of the sea and bay. Guests will also find a direct dial telephone, a radio, Internet access, a safe, a washing machine, an ironing set and a kitchen with tea and coffee making facilities.

Sport activities description

Aside from the marina and diving club, which are located directly by the sea and offer scuba diving, snorkelling, kayaking and boat trips, the resort has a spacious outdoor swimming pool with waterfall feature and hot tub. The pool, which incurs a fee, overlooks the sea and bay and offers stunning views. Children can swim in the designated children's swimming area (fees apply) and convenient refreshments can be found at the poolside snack bar. Fees apply for the gym and sauna, and massage and spa treatments are available. Pool/snooker facilities feature and the nearby beaches are sandy and rocky.

Meal service description

Room rates include breakfast - a buffet which is prepared every morning and features continental as well as American/English dishes. Lunch and dinner are served à la carte at the restaurant, which offers Thai and western dishes. Set menu meals are also available at midday and in the evenings.

Comments from hotel

The resort offers a free pickup/drop off shuttle service to and from the pier on the day of arrival and departure. The free shuttle also runs once every hour throughout the day to and from the town centre.

This family-friendly resort is set on the quiet, peaceful and beautiful Thian Og Bay, or 'Shark Bay' as it is known due to the harmless black-tip reef sharks that call it home and swim safely amongst the snorkellers. The bay also has one of the best beaches on the island, which is less than 100 metres from the establishment. Guests will find a number of restaurants, bars, pubs, shops and nightlife spots within the hotel's immediate vicinity, and public transport links can be found at Mea Head, which can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Samui Airport is approximately 65 km from the accommodation.

How to get there

The resort offers a free shuttle service from Koh Tao pier. The best way to get to Koh Tao is by boat via Koh Samui which has an airport. Several companies run services from there to Koh Tao which take approximately two hours.
