Excellent quality. Very friendly and helpful staff, the whole place exudes professionalism and devotion to good service. Pleasant rooms, quite luxuriously appointed.
Very near to Avenue Louise, Brussels' most exclusive shopping street, but also to countless restaurants with different cuisines (Lebanese, Thai, but also classical Belgian).

Very welcoming staff who did their utmost to help us. They weren't very knowledgeable about transport to the University but I don't expect they are asked very often
No access to food on Sunday night. This was actually very annoying. I had had an early start and a meeting which went on until 9pm. I came back and thought I'd order a room service meal to find that there were no meals available. I don't think this is good enough for a four star hotel.
We had an excellent coffee and cake at a patisserie opposite the hotel on the other side of Avenue Louise; the Horta House; shp window gazing in Avenue Louise.

Ninguna opinión positiva.
Hotel muy viejo, techos, paredes y moqueta muy usados y sucios. No tiene Wifi, Recepción fueron poco simpáticos, Te piden tarjeta de crédito para aval, y sin decirte nada te carga 100 euros que después abandonar el hotel si todo es pagado te los devuelven. Sabanas limpias pero del uso con algún agujero. No volvería a este hotel.

Zona carina, albergo con arredamento che richiama il fasto di altri tempi.
Arredamento vecchio con conseguente moquette macchiatissima e copriletto sudici. Per il resto pulito. Non tutto il personale è cortese, prezzo wifi molto alto (15€ al giorno) per averlo in camera e tralaltro funziona malissimo (15secc ogni 10minn). Il weekend il costo è abbordabilissimo e il rapporto qualita'-prezzo sale...
Absolutely a positive experience. Great room with plenty of space. Pleasant price performance. Situated in short distance to most of the important sites of Brussel.
