Staff was very friendly, especially reception and Miguel who was working during the breakfast.

The hotel was a 10 minute walk from the main promenade and 15 minutes from Palma Old Town. It was well kept and a four star. Really was the perfect get away for a few days break. The Spa I used most days which was excellent.

I think the spa however great it was should have been included in the hotel price, however when we arrived i tried to book a treatment session, but had been fully booked for our entire stay. If you want a treatment you must book it previous to the trip. Not a big concern though, had a great break.

We would be very happy to return to the hotel for a similar short break in the future. The use of the spa added to the enjoyment of our stay and would be very useful if the weather turned a little unfavourable.

We were very pleased with the Spa, but felt if should have been included in the price of the room rate for guests. We felt the hotel was well placed for Palma and the room was very quiet and comfortable, but lacked some decorative features to lift it from appearing rather bland

As this room was described as 'superior' we felt it should have a few more comforts, such as tea and coffee making facilities, note paper and pen for taking notes from phone calls etc. The hotel has a lot to offer but requires just a little more attention to detail to make it more attractive to visitors. The lighting could be changed to make it a more tempting place to end the day in the bar and lounge area. It was rather to bright and clinical which is a shame.

La habitación es moderna y está bien de tamaño. El restaurante japonés con el que tienen acuerdo es rápido y está muy bien de calidad

El trato del personal fue perfecto. La habitación estaba fenomenal, cama grande y cómoda y habitación espaciosa.

Como mejoras: aislamiento del wc, hay poca intimidad en este aspecto. Y mejorar el wifi, era gratuito pero iba muy lento

Pedimos una habitación ejecutiva (la más amplia de las habitaciones que tienen), pero cuando llegamos nos informaron de que nos les quedaban de ese tipo de habitaciones y que nos ofrecían una habitación superior con terraza (es la habitación más pequeña que tienen, con una cama de plaza y media... y la terraza? como si en pleno enero fuéramos a utilizar la terraza...). En la habitación hacía un calor horrible, incluso cuando apagamos la calefacción. Por la mañana fuimos a desayunar.La parte de fritanga (huevos fritos, salchichas, bacon, etc) estaba bien, pero la de bollería... los croisants parecían bloques de hormigón... Finalmente, el SPA. El uso del SPA no viene incluido en el precio y te cobran 12 euros por entrar a un SPA con una piscina minúscula, cuatro duchas y 2 saunas.... Un robo... Por tanto, dada nuestra experiencia, no se lo recomiendo a nadie.

Personal muy agradable y atentos, en especial Alejandra en recepción. Buen desayuno, variado y calidad. Muy buena localización para moverse y salir de Palma., Zona muy tranquila y con gran faciliadad para aparcar el coche.

El Spa, algo pequeño. Los ascensores muy pequeños, por decir algo.

bien situado, buffet con comida en directo, buenas conexiones con bus hacia playas y centro, aunque al centro se puede ir dando un paseo unos 20min, con silleta de niños incluida moderno, reformado recientemente
