Burde stå som informasjon at det ikke finnes noen steder (lobby/bar) man kan sitte å nyte all-inklusiv drikke uten barn, var veldig skuffende at det kun var ett fellesareal man kunne sitte i, som var meget støyende pga barneunderholdning helt til stengetid på kveldene. Lokal vin smakte som "klunk" og maten var lite variert og mye "søppelmat". Resepsjonen lite behjelpelig når vi hadde behov for å få printet ut Mail, de sendte oss til internettkafé som lå 10 minutters gange fra hotellet.

I arrived late to the hotel and was sent from the Hotel to their alternate "apartments" location. The room was absolutely disgusting! It was damp, musty, their was mildew all over the shower curtain, the toilet appeared clean but smelled of urine. The uncomfortable mattress also had an odour. I went immediately back to complain and was told only the manager had the authority to change rooms and he wasn't expected back in until morning. Being that I had paid for my room in advance and it was the middle of the night I really had no choice but to wait till morning. The hotel was quite happy to offer meals as compensation, but who wants to eat at the hotel?? It took several hours and much persistence to get my room changed back to the hotel the next morning.

location was good, right on the beach front. the view from my room was great

the lift system is annoying. and although the pool was great, people were allowed to hold the sun loungers with a towel at 7 in the mornin then go back to bed, there r some very sad people about!!!

bars r just around the corner, the beach's are a 2 min walk away what more do ya need!!

good location, quick check in,reception staff friendly, cleaners friendly and thorough,the hotel is right on the beach so great views, good entertainment team who work really hard both with children and adults, nice big 4 bedded rooms.

not enough facilities for all inclusive only has 1 bar during the day and if it rains it is shut so you've no chance of getting a drink until meal times, full of stag and hen parties and i mean full, bar staff very unfriendly. food not to clever, if you like your puddings then you'll be disappointed the cooks only make deserts that wobble, eg jelly, blancmange and the same again but with hundreds and thousands.

The hotel was lovely the food was good but the entertainment for the kids was endless!!! To the point of being over the top I travelled with a family member we had no kids and would have liked some enterainment in the evenings for us but no,the show at 10pm!!!!!was still aimed at kids!!!!!! then they went on to disco with the kids felt like we where at Butlins and not a very good one as the quality of the shows where very poor.For this reason I will not be recomending this hotel to any one who has not a load of kids with them .
