The hotel was built in 1986 and renovated in 2005. It contains a total of 404 rooms on 9 floors. The hotel offers a lobby with a 24-hour reception and 3 lifts. In addition, a shop, a hairdresser's salon, a bar and an air-conditioned restaurant, as well as an Internet terminal, a conference room and a children's playground are all facilities available within the hotel complex. The kids' club is for children aged between 4 and 12 years.
