Outstanding service and genuine warmth and friendliness from the greeting at the door to the restaurant. Really efficient administration and great facilities.
I thought the breakfast was really good quality but overpriced - £11.00 for one kipper fillet is too much.

the room was brilliant; loved the piano playing; the staff were effecient and friendly in the bar area. will definitely be returning to stay or have afternoon tea
the spa treatment - I was left waiting for nearly 45 mins( I had filled out form etc) before I saw somebody and explained that my therapy had not started and was there anything I could do - it was at this point that one lady kindly escorted me with towel and gown to the spa and informed me at what time my apponitment actually was!

Great location
The car park is not near the hotel - a good 5-10 minute walk - not good with luggage!
Lots! Shops, restaurants, bars and clubs all within walking distance.
Concierge and booking staff were very good. Book in and check out very efficient. Link to ICC made our stay so much easier Room spacious and clean but a little "worn"
Cost....disappointed breakfast was not available when booking (via hotelopia) as cost at hotel was so excessive we did not bother
