Room description
The contemporary room design features either 1 King Hyatt Grand Bed™ or 2 Queen Hyatt Grand Beds™, fitted with luxurious linens, thick down blankets and plush pillows, piled atop a pillow-top mattress. Each room comes with an en suite bathroom with shower, bath, hairdryer, deluxe toiletries and plush robes. Other amenities include wired and wireless Internet access; 3 or more dual-line, cordless speakerphones with voicemail; an in-room safe large enough for a laptop; and a 37-inch flat-panel LCD TV with satellite/cable channels. Furthermore, a complimentary newspaper, a coffee maker, an iron with ironing board, an iHome alarm clock radio, a mini fridge, air conditioning and heating come standard in each room.
Sport activities description
The hotel has its own eco-conscious spa with treatment suites where massages and organic spa treatments are offered for additional fees. Guests can do laps in the 20-metre indoor pool with heated, non-chlorinated saltwater. There is a health club spanning 242 m² and offering the latest cardiovascular equipment, plus a separate studio for yoga and Pilates. Guests can also enjoy the hot tub, sauna and steam room.
Meal service description
Urbane restaurant serves north-western American cuisine and wines using fresh, regional produce. A continental breakfast is served daily, while lunch and dinner may be enjoyed as a set menu or à la carte.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city's shopping, dining and entertainment neighbourhood and near to the Washington State Convention and Trade Center. King Street Station is approximately 3.2 km from the hotel, and Westlake local transport station is around 500 m away. The Seattle Center, the Space Needle, the Seattle Art Museum, Pioneer Square, the waterfront, Qwest Field and the KeyArena are all roughly a 6-minute drive from the hotel. Pike Place Market is about a 9-minute walk away, and Puget Sound is around a 14-minute walk from the establishment. Vancouver is around a 3-hour drive away, and Seattle-Tacoma International Airport is around 25 km away.

How to get there
From the airport to the hotel: Head south on International Blvd. Turn right, and merge onto WA-518 E via the ramp to I-405/I-5/Seattle/Tacoma. Take the exit on the left onto I-5 N towards Seattle. Take exit 166 to merge onto Olive Way. Turn right at Melrose Avenue. Turn right at Pine and right again at 8th Avenue.
