    profesional staff, good breakfast

    STAFF WERE FIRST CLASS IN ALL RESPECTS

    NO WATER VENDING MACHINES IN FOYER ETC TO FORCE PEOPLE TO USE THE MINI BAR FOR WATER AT RIP OFF PRICES. VENDING MACHINES IN FOYER HAD CONDOMS WHICH IS RIDICULOUS. CARPET IN ROOM EXTREMELY OLD AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN REPLACED ABOUT 3 YEARS AGO & THE SAME APPLIES TO BATHROOM. TV DIDNT WORK VERY WELL. NOT ENOUGH PILLOWS ON BED & HAD TO ASK FOR MORE

    NOTHING & ALWAYS HAD TO TAKE A TAXI OR THE METRO.

    I found the Hotel comfortable and the Staff extreemly helpfull and friendly. I have recomended this Hotel to some friends who visit Madrid regularly. I would also like to thank you all for a plesant stay and I hope to return in December and have the opportunity to book again. Thank You.

    El dia 8 de Mayo ,sobre las 11 de la noche en la cafeteria ,el camarero dijo a todos los que estabamos alli,que si queriamos tomar algo nos lo teniamos que servir nosotros mismos en las mesas porque el estaba solo .

    solicitamos el cambio de habitación porque la que inicialmente nos dieron tenía moqueta vieja, sucia y . Nos la cambiaron por una reformada. El ruido de Renfe, de la discoteca Macumba... insoportable.

    Esta bien situado para viajes de negocios o infividuales no le vendria mal una reforma para modernizarlo un poco en general bien para una noche de paso pero solo una noche.

    No lo considero apto para alguien que quiera pasar mas de una noche y menos si es para pasar un fin de semana o vidotsr la ciudad.
