    The hotel is great. They have coffe in the lobby every morning and wine in the evening. They also have games at the front desk - to play in the lobby or in your room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is great - just a few blocks to Union Square and just a few blocks to all three cable car lines. They also have a sauna, which is great after a day of walking around.

    The staff was very nice to us, the room was excellent. The bathroom was small but nice and clean, so that was not a problem. Wired internet on the room and wireless internet in the lobby were nice extras. The Tenderloin District has a bad name, but for us is was no problem. Nobody bothered us during our stay (at day or at night).
