La ubicación era inmejorable. El personal bastante eficiente.

Ofrecen WiFi en la habitación que no pudimos tener ningún día ya que nos decían que estaban reparándolo. Además las llamadas internacionales que te ofrecen gratis tampoco funcionaban.

This is my 3rd visit to NYC and I loved this property! You can't beat the location. Just a few steps away from Times Square. The staff was always helpful, friendly and professional. I would absolutely recommend this property to my clients. ( I am a CAA/AAA travel agent). The room was for New York standards, very spacious. In room coffee maker and mini bar was available. Overall, a great experience. I will stay there again!

The only negative I would have (and it's not really negative), they could maybe upgrade their beds, pillows and bed spreads, as well as towels. It does feel a little worn!

Das Personal hat alle Anliegen beantworten können & waren sehr offen. Das Hotel ist super zentral!! Wir waren ca. 2min von Times Square entfernt. Das nächste Mal werde ich nochmals in das Hotel gehen.

Die Heizungsanlage hatte an 2 von 4Tage nach urin gerochen als sie an war.
