The room was of great standard. the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was set well. The facilties were really good.
The room was not cleaned when i asked for room service, had to use towels again for the two days, house keeping was not very helpful.

Swimming pool, sauna, steam okay - small but clean, full of local male members from the Asia community who were friendly and talkative
Good location just off M, big car park, well looked after grounds.
Walked in and no one at reception desk, I hate that - and for a busy 3 star business hotel unacceptable at peak times -Check in staf didnt have my booking, I had to sit and wait almost 15 mins whilst they found it, it was "still in the fax machine as you booked at night and the booking came through when the office was closed"" no one had bothered to look that day. No one offered me a coffee or a drink, yet two members of staff walked by and said are you okay, being looked after? I said They cant find my booking so I have to wait, they just said oh okay and walked off. I requested a room on the inside but was given a room on the outside with twin beds, so I went back reception to ask if they had a double bedded room as Im so tall, on the inside but they said no, tonight full but maybe tomorrow.

Good location, nice rooms great spa facilities
Broken shelf in our room, had a meal in the resturant and the staff turned the lights out on us while we were eating, we had to run around the hotel tio find someone to turn it on again. breakfast was a disaster the resturant was a mess, we had to clear and clean a table ourself inorder to find somewhere clean to eat. as a priorty club member they asked for my card no. but didnt put the points on when i arrived. as a member we booked a late checkout for 2pm but was call at 1pm to ask when we were leaving ( the late request was not added to our booking). will contact the hotel directly to complain to the manager.
