    Good quality hotel for a reasonable price also good to have free unlimited wifi in every room.Breakfast has a good choice.

    Only negative was plug in sink didn't work.

    Well located. Close to all transport connections. Transfer from airport by taxi for four was eleven euros.

    Breakfast room needs better organisation. Tables not cleared and made up quick enough when queues waiting. Staff very pleasant but need organising better.

    Very comfortable and well appointed rooms

    Our room wasn't celaned when we got back at 16.00 one day. The breakfast quality was a little disappointing

    Very handy for Metro and Airport, quiet, soundproofed rooms, lots of nice clean towels and bed linen.

    Breakfast was a bit disappointing, the scrambled eggs and the bacon were murdered and the coffee from machines was not at all up to expectations. On arrival the computer system was down and so it took a while to find out what room we were allocated, this was at about 4 in the afternoon and we were tired after the journey.On check out the assistant on the front desk was so long checking we hadn't used the mini bar that we just had to leave for the airport bus. (we hadn't used it)

    The hotel room was no better than adequate but can't really complain at the price. Receptionist friendly and efficient and the 'common parts' of the hotel were fine. Felt like a three star rather than a four star. Next time I'll try the three star Fenix Garden next door, which will probably feel like a four star!

    We had alovely stay at the hotel. The food was excellent. The breakfast had so much choice.

    no tengo nada mas que dar una buena opinión sobre el hotel, además la misma noche de llegar tuvimos un problema familiar en Madrid y todo fueron facilidades para solucionarlo, totalmente recomendable el hotel por su situación, servicios y calidad precio

    el trato por parte de personal del hotel ha sido perfecto en todo momento,y muy amables. La habitación perfecta así como la limpieza, está muy bien situado con el metro en la puerta y los autobuses turísticos a 50 metros.

    Nada que objetar
