Facilities include a foyer with lifts and a 24-hour reception desk, several restaurants, bars and conference rooms. Moreover, the hotel babysitting service may be taken advantage of (fees apply).

Room description

The rooms are both modern and afford pleasant interiors, catering to a high level of comfort. Each features a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, satellite/ cable TV, a direct dial telephone, a radio, a minibar, a safe and an Internet connection. Wonderful views are to be had out over the complex from the balcony or terrace.

Sport activities description

Guests are offered 3 swimming pools and a separate children's pool in the sprawling, well-maintained grounds around which is a sun terrace where sun loungers and parasols have been laid out ready for use. Wonderful panoramic views out over the sea may be enjoyed from the poolside snack bar. Fees apply for use of the spa offerings, which include a massage service, steam baths, a sauna and a diverse range of beauty treatments. Sports enthusiasts may play squash, tennis, billiards or bocce and try out water aerobics.

Meal service description

Breakfast and evening meals may be selected from ample buffets. An Antiox breakfast is also offered. As an act of courtesy it is necessary to wear adequate clothing in the restaurants during dinner. For men that means long trousers. Somebody wearing a top with visible shoulders and/or chest will not be granted entrance.

This hotel is picturesquely located directly beside the sea, close to Puerto Calero's newly-built marina which may be reached via the promenade along whence a diversity of shopping and entertainment venues are to be found. Enjoying a location within a short distance of many of the island's top sights, this hotel is the ideal starting point for day trips. The nearest links to the transport network (bus stop) are 300 m away; it is approximately 5 km to Puerto del Carmen. It is 15 km from the airport to the hotel and the trip takes about 15 minutes.

How to get there

If travelling by car from the airport, set off for the south (Yaiza or Playa Blanca). The petrol station in Macher must be left behind and after about 900 m there will be a roundabout with a flag and a signal indicating 3 km to the location. Turn left to Puerto Calero. Upon entering the residential area there will be another roundabout with a sailing boat. Go on and at the stop signal, opposite the hotel Iberostar, turn right and go straight on for about 200 m until the volcanic-stony wall indicating the way to the hotel. From this point, it will take about 3 minutes to arrive at the hotel. If guests prefer, a taxi may be taken from the airport, which costs approximately 15 euros.
