    Really great and friendly staff in particular the guy at the reception desk who was learning the job! The breakfast to was very good !

    I have booked a room with a double bed and ended up with twin beds... I had to upgrade for the double bed this was a bit disappointing. But at the end the room was very pleasant.

    Very nice ,modern Hotel, perfectly situated for the Guggenheim Museum and Casco Viejo. A lovely walk along the river promenade takes you in either direction. Very pleasant staff.

    Only one negative and that is the bar. Closes very early and was very expensive.

    Guggenheim. Old town. River walk.

HABITACION VISTAS A PATIO. PERSONAL DE BAR NADA AMIGABLE Y NADA SERVICIAL, MUY FRIO Y DISTANTE NO RECOMENDARÍA ESTE HOTEL A ALGUN AMIGO. POCOS PRO Y MUCHOS PERO. ME SIENTO DEFRAUDADO. ESPERO TENER ALGUN TIPO DE EXPLICACION.
