Conference facilities are also available. Launch transfer: The launch operates daily between Heron Island and Gladstone Marina. A complimentary coach will transport guests between Gladstone Marina and Gladstone Airport. This service does not operate on Christmas Day.

The resort has a total of 109 guest rooms in 6 different grades to offer a peaceful stay. They are The Beach House, Point Suites, Wistari Suites, Heron Beachside Suites, Reef Suites and Turtle Rooms. All the rooms are well furnished and include a hairdryer, radio, refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities, an ironing set and a balcony or terrace.
Sport activities description
Guests may enjoy diving or pool/snooker (fees apply for both). Tennis is also available, and the resort has an outdoor swimming pool.
Meal service description
Shearwater Restaurant offers breakfast and lunch in buffet style, while dinner features a 3-course table d'hote, Saturday seafood buffet and mid-week Aussie BBQ. Pandanus Bar and Lounge features panoramic reef views with a cocktail bar, entertainment lounge, dance floor and a mezzanine level library area.

Gladstone Airport is approximately 72 km from the resort.
