Many rooms are named after their original use, such as pharmacy or school. The exquisite rooms and suites offer a real chance to experience the affluence and grandeur of past days. They comprise an en suite bathroom, a hire safe, a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, a radio, Internet access, a stereo and a double or king-sized bed all come as standard. Air conditioning (individually regulated) also feature within the rooms.

Mérida City is 45 km away, whilst the Grutas de Loltun is 80 km from the hotel. From the hotel it is approximately 70 km to Progreso's beach.
