The holiday village occupies 50,000 m2 of land and consists of 47 bungalow-type blocks from 2 to 3 floors high with no main building and no lifts. The air-conditioned hotel offers 404 rooms in total and welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. The holiday village has an international clientele and also offers conference facilities (for an extra charge). Room description
The spacious standard rooms are equipped with 1 double and 1 single bed, an en suite bathroom with shower, bathtub and hairdryer and a private balcony or terrace. Sport activities description
The holiday village has a spa centre with indoor swimming pool, sauna and Turkish bath and it offers spa treatments and massages for a fee. There are also two outdoor swimming pools with children's swimming area, poolside snack bar and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use. Guests may also take part in an aqua fit or aerobics session. A range of activities are available for all ages with daily entertainment for both adults and children with evening shows, occasional beach parties and live music. Tennis, pool/snooker, darts, beach volleyball, minigolf and archery round off the sport and leisure activities available to guests. Sun loungers and parasols are provided on the sandy and pebble beaches.

The family-friendly bungalow complex is located on a long sandy and shingle beach in the Okurcalar district between Side and Alanya. Local transport links are available from the main road, 50 metres from the holiday village, and the centre of town with its many shops, restaurants and bars, is 1 km or a 25-minute walk. Nearby places of interest include Manavgat (20 minutes' drive), Side amphitheatre, museum and the Temple of Apollo (all 25 minutes by car), and Damlatas Caves, Manavgat Waterfalls and Alanya Castle (all a 30-minute drive). Antalya Airport is around 90 km away.
