This accommodation is situated in Cape Coral - a very attractive and quiet location for a relaxing holiday. There is an intimate local beach with a casual cafe overlooking the water. Fort Myers, with its gulf beaches, is a lively place with plenty of bars and restaurants and lies only a 10 to 15-minute drive from Cape Coral. The accommodation is within easy reach of the Gulf Coast beaches and the restaurants and shops of Ft Myers and Ft Myers Beach. Florida's Everglades are around 85 minutes' drive and it is about 2 hours' drive to Tampa, approximately 2 hours 40 minutes' drive to Miami Beach, just over 3 hours' drive to Walt Disney World in Orlando and about 5 and a half hour to Key West.

How to get there
From the Orlando Area, locate and join Interstate I.4 heading WEST towards Tampa. Exit from Interstate I.4 at junction 9 and join Interstate I.75 South signposted to Naples. Drive 130 miles and exit at junction 131, signposted SW Florida International Airport, Hospital and Cape Coral. Turn right at the end of the exit slip road and join Daniels Parkway, drive for 5 miles, as you cross over the junction with U.S. Highway 41, the road changes name to Cypress Lake Drive. Drive for a further 3 miles, the road ends at the junction with Highway 867 (McGregor Boulevard). Turn left onto McGregor Blvd, after 5 km take the left hand fork onto San Carlos Boulevard. After just half a 1.6 km turn right onto Kelly Road, the turn onto Kelly Road is directly after the Super Target Store which is on the right. Take the first left hand turn on Kelly Road (next to the Bank of America)and park. The Churchill Property Services office is located at 11595 Kelly Road, There are three separate sets of office buildings numbered 100, 200 and 300. You will be going to building 100 which is the nearest building to the Bank of America.
