The hotel is very good, for the price charged, but be careful: It is NOT in Zermatt, it is in a tiny little town, up in the
hills, 84 km away of Zermat. We were totally fooled by EasyJet, unfortunatelly. The staff on the other hand, were so kind
and helpful with us, specially when my sister broke her foot in the ice, they did everything they could to help us.
