    The staff were exceptionally helpful and polite, the hotel was spotless and the spa fabulous.

    The only down side was I could not get booked into the therapies and did not know there was an in stay discount available until I got there. I would have booked to ensure a slot.

    Great hotel, nice staff, very good food, fantastic location and views. Large room with good facilities. Excellent spa.

    Room was quite cold. Personally found the memory foam on the mattress very uncomfortable.

    Very clean and modern, great customer service. Also had a great view of London from our room.

    The surrounding area seemed quite quiet but this was no problem as the underground was only a short walk away.
