This 1488-room air-conditioned eco hotel and club resort provides fully equipped rooms with a range of services offering a variety of accommodation options; Junior Suite, Junior Suite Deluxe, Junior Suite Deluxe Pool, the delightful Villas or the glamour of the Platinum Suite. In addition, there is the Junior Suite Deluxe Pool, with easy and direct access to the pool. Guests are welcomed into the lobby by a 24-hour reception and check-out service, and here they may also make use of the currency exchange facilities, hotel safe and lift access to the rooms. Additional communal spaces include the auditorium, games room, bar, disco and restaurant. Younger guests are sure to enjoy the kids' club, and conference facilities are available for business travellers. Internet access is available throughout the hotel, and additional services include a hairdressing salon and room service. Guests arriving by car may like to take advantage of the hotel car park.
Room description
Each of the rooms comes with an en suite bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, and each has a double or king-size bed. Standard features of all rooms include a direct dial telephone, TV, radio and Internet access. Refreshments and light snacks are catered for by the minibar and tea and coffee making facilities, and an ironing set is provided in each of the rooms. Optimum comfort is ensured by the individually regulated air conditioning, and each room has a private balcony or terrace.
Sport activities description
The hotel provides 13 swimming pools (9 for adults and 4 for children), along with a poolside snack bar where sun loungers and parasols are set out for guests' use. Those who like to keep active may enjoy the aqua fit or aerobics classes, or make use of the hotel gym. Alternatively, guests can relax in the hot tub or sauna, or treat themselves to a visit to the hotel spa, where various massages treatments and beauty services are offered (for a fee). Outdoor sports options include use of 6 tennis courts, 2 paddle courts, 1 multiuse court for various ball sports (basketball, volleyball, football and so on). Guests can also try their hand at archery, or play on the pool/snooker table. A range of aquatic sports offer further options, including jet skiing, scuba diving introduction in the swimming pool, banana boating (fees apply for all three), as well as windsurfing and catamaran boating. For those who prefer to look on from the sandy beach, parasols are also set out there, and beach volleyball is always an option for team games. An entertainment programme for adults and children is also provided.
Meal service description
In the all-inclusive plan, 2 international buffets (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and 8 themed restaurants (dinner) are provided to cater for guests' culinary needs. Dinner is served à la carte or from a set menu. Snacks are also provided.

The hotel has exclusive rooms for smokers. It is important that the clients request smokers' rooms at the time of reservation to ensure subsequent assignment. The hotel requests that all reservations have each holder's name and will not be accepted from 2 reservations with the same name.
