    Hotel much nicer and newer than expected. Beds very comfortable, Internet wireless access good . Has muffin and coffee at gourmet coffee shop which was good and cheaper than hotel restaurant breakfast. Great location for Grand Canyon. A pleasant change from chain hotels.

    Walk in rate that night was much cheaper than what I paid to prebook- but we didn't want to risk having no room for the night!!!

    bien situé

    bruyant, archi bruyant, entre les clients nombreux egoistes et l'aeroport à coté; et la vue de la chambre sur la reception des marchandises encore pire !!!

    Das Personal an Rezeption und Restaurant benoetigt dringend eine ordentliche und umfangreiche Schulung! Nicht mal an einer Frittenbude sollten diese Schnoesel bedienen bzw. wuerde ich mich z.B. angaehnen lassen. Offenbar war nur einer der Kellner ausgebildet und an der Rezeption war am Morgen 1 Herr mit entsprechender Aus-'Bildung' ! Wir waren 2 Wochen in USA unterwegs, aber das war die Kroenung. Ich wuerde dieses unprofessionelle Verhalten gerne an die Hotelleitung berichten. Es werden dort wohl mehrheitlich billige Aushilfskraefte beschaeftigt. Sehr schade, da das Haus selbst ansprechend ist und das Zimmer auch in Ordnung war, obwohl nur 1 Bett !! was ja sonst in USA nicht ueblich ist fuer 2 Erw.
