Completed in the summer of 2003, the fully air-conditioned hotel has 250 rooms in total, housed in a 3-storey building. The hotel lobby area offers guests a 24-hour reception desk and lift access. Additional facilities include a boutique, a hairdresser's salon, a bar, 7 conference rooms and a total of 5 different restaurants serving Japanese, Italian and international cuisine, and with highchairs for children. There is also a room and laundry service, as well as Internet access. There is a kids' club for children, as well as a babysitting service. Guests arriving by car may make use of the garage and the car park.
Room description
The elegant and stylish en suite rooms are fitted with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, a safe, Internet access, satellite/cable pay TV, a minibar, and individually regulated air conditioning. In addition, all rooms include either a balcony or terrace (it is also possible to book rooms with a sea view).
Sport activities description
In the beautiful hotel grounds, guests will find 2 swimming pools with paddling pools and "Las Palmeras" beach restaurant. Use of sun loungers and parasols is complimentary. The hotel additionally offers aerobics, spinning and a gym. There is a swimming pool with a hydro-jet, a Rasul bath, warm stone bench and revitalizing shower. Various other amenities can also be used for an additional fee. These include the spa area with sauna, steam room, 3 Jacuzzis, a massage service and a cosmetic service. The spa area is open to all guests over the age of 16.
Meal service description
A breakfast buffet is available to guests every morning. Lunch is served in the beach restaurant. Half-board evening meals are served from the buffet service. Guests who have booked a half-board stay are also able to choose between 2 menus in the à la carte restaurant (subject to availability).

From the hotel, guests are able to enjoy an enchanting view over the neighbouring islands of Lobos and Lanzarote. Built in Mudéjar style, the hotel is surrounded by tropical vegetation. The well-known nature reserve with fine sand dune beaches is just 400 m from the hotel. The centre of Corralejo, just 1.5 km away, offers plenty of shopping and entertainment venues.
