Established in 2008, this charming luxury boutique establishment is housed in an exceptional 18th-century brewery, carefully restored and transformed into a magnificent hotel, uniting tradition with modern convenience and technology. Its excellent location makes it one of the city's most recommended hotels, and it offers comfortable rooms with a unique ambience. The Brovarnia restaurant features the first and only mini brewery in northern Poland and offers 3 excellent beers brewed on the premises. It comprises a total of 48 accommodation units including 11 junior suites, 1 apartment and 2 disability-friendly rooms. Facilities on offer to guests include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe and lift access. The hotel offers a café, a pub and a restaurant, and guests may also take advantage of the WLAN Internet access.

The lower level of the restaurant features the only mini brewery in northern Poland, where 3 kinds of beer are brewed according to ancient tradition and using the most modern technology.
