The hotel, newly opened in 2006, has a total of 89 rooms (79 doubles, 4 singles, 5 luxury rooms and one 100 m² presidential suite) and is a luxurious complex. Some of the best Russian and Bulgarian experts in the field have worked on its project and design. The magnificent combination of stone, wood and copper create a feeling of warmth and comfort. Everything in the hotel aims at creating comfort for the guests. The hotel is air-conditioned and offers a lobby with a 24-hour reception desk, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, lift access, a café, a lobby bar, a tavern and an Italian restaurant with a summer garden, a conference hall, wireless Internet access, room and laundry services, a ski cloakroom and a car park.
Room description
All rooms are en suite and equipped with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, a satellite TV, Internet access, a minibar, an iron and ironing board, a room safe and a balcony and terrace. Individually regulated air conditioning and heating units are fitted in each room.
Sport activities description
The modern spa centre focuses on beauty and health. Here, guests will be offered a wide choice of treatments with Thalgo, Gerard's and Olos products. The guests can select one of over 70 types of massages and therapies for face and body. Cellulite corrections can also be made with the LPG Keymodule ultra-modern equipment. Procedures are available for both men and women. An individual programme is prepared for each client depending on their requests. The spa centre is proud of its Aiurveda cabin, where the guests can use solariums, the swimming pool, the children's swimming pool, the Jacuzzi, the sauna, the steam room, the Turkish hamam and the gym.
Meal service description
The hotel restaurant has 150 seats and offers a variety of Italian and Lebanese dishes. Guests are invited to sample the delicious spinach, parmesan, and cherry tomato salad, or the traditional Fatush salad, or maybe Italian pasta with meatballs, available for any taste and appetites every day. After a long day of skiing, guests can relax in the cigar bar, tasting the rich assortment of aromatic cigars and selection of aged drinks from around the world. The tavern is considered by many as the most interesting place in the hotel with its cosy interior combining stone, copper and wood elements, and an outstanding menu of traditional Bulgarian cuisines and dishes. Guests can enjoy a great folklore programme and delicious food and drink 24 hours a day. The lobby bar, located in the reception area of the hotel, is open 24 hours a day. Various alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and cocktails are available for guests to enjoy, as well as a specialty Chinese tea prepared by a unique recipe. This hotel is located in the heart of one of the most contemporary ski-resorts in Eastern Europe, Bansko, in a valley among the Pirin, Rila and Rodopi mountains. Guests can enjoy the bars, pubs and discos just 5 minutes from the hotel. The ski slopes are 15 minutes away and there is a bus that travels from the hotel to the first station of the cabin ski lift every 30 minutes.
