    good connections to public transport and heraklion's ringroad

    What an excellent hotel! The hotel was refurbished last year and all the areas, including the pool in the inner courtyard are crisp and cool. All the staff were friendly and the breakfast was superb. The best hotel of the holiday!

    No negative comments.

    You can walk easily into the centre of Heraklion and obviously there is plenty to see in and around the town.

    Clean hotel in convenient location. Nice swimming pool. Good breakfast.

    Took 3 phone calls and an hour to bring complimentary tea/coffee facilities to our room. Not what I would expect from a 5* hotel!

    Very convenient for visiting Knossos and centre of Heraklion.

    La verdad es que es un hotel de 5 estrellas en condiciones. Nos gustó mucho y el personal muy amable.

    La única pega es la limpieza del suelo de los baños, matamos un bicho de los que salen con la humedad en el baño y tres días después seguía ahí el cadáver.

    Muchas, tienes piscina, gimnasio, etc..

    Sehr gutes Hotel. Zimmer zum Innenhof sehr ruhig. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. 10-15 Min. Fußweg ins Zentrum.
