All the apartments are marked by an unique atmosphere of peace and quiet and are furnished with the traditional rural style. Most of them face on the gardens, other face the country scenario. All the apartments are near to the pools and have 1,2 or 3 double bed rooms, 1 or 2 bathrooms, equipped kitchen corner, air conditioning, heating, TV sat, telephone and private veranda with table and chairs.
Sport activities description
One of the main feature is the relaxing in swimming pools until observing the breathtaking sunset in the late afternoon but many other things are possible to do such as; yoga, painting and cooking lessons, amazing strolls trough our gold grain fields, horse riding.

The reception is opened from 09.00 am till 12.30 am and from 2.30 pm till 6.30 pm. Check in from 3.00 pm till 6.30 pm. Check out at 10.00 am. Wifi connection is available at the reception of Tenuta Livia, at the restaurant and into the superior apartments of Tenuta Livia and Pozzino, not available into the standard apartments of Le Capanne.

The nearest airport is Pisa Airport-160 km away or Rome Fiumicino-180 km. By car exit Grosseto Sud. After about 4 km, follow the signs for Ippodromo, go under the railway bridge and at the roundabout go straight ahead towards Ippodromo-Principina a Mare, pass through the sp 40 road (della trappola) for about 1.5 km and enter on the right for the road to Pozzino.
