This resort was renovated in 2011 and comprises 300 spacious villas, which feature a Florida-style floral and pastel décor, tiled floors and screen doors that open out onto private patios. Fully air-conditioned, the resort welcomes its guests into a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service and hotel safe. The resort features business center and a TV lounge. Wireless Internet access is provided in the villas and public area. The establishment offers scheduled transportation to the Universal Studios, SeaWorld and Walt Disney World theme parks. Room description
All rooms are 2-bedroom townhouse apartments, which are approximately 90 m² in size. There is 1 queen-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the second bedroom, and 1 sofa bed in the living room. Further facilities include a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a fridge, cooker, microwave and a breakfast bar, as well as a dining room, a washing machine and dryer, a separate living room with cable TV and DVD player There is also a TV in each bedroom. In addition there are 2 bathrooms (bathtub/shower) with granite countertops, hairdryers and complimentary toiletries, as well as individually regulated air conditioning and heating and ceiling fans. Further amenities include a direct dial telephone with voicemail, Wireless Internet access and a safety deposit box. Wake-up calls are offered.
Sport activities description
The resort includes 3 swimming pools, lazy river, 2 - 5 story water slides, kiddie splash area 3 hot tubs. All water areas are heated except 1 pool. Guests can relax on the sun loungers and parasols on the sun terrace , cabanas are available fore daily rental. Convenient refreshments are available from the poolside lounge. Charlcol grills are located around the resort and 2 gas grills are poolside. A games room, workout facility with sauna and steam room are located in the activity center. Guests of all ages can enjoy events from the daily activity schedule. Virtual Golf is available for rental in the activities center.
Meal service description
Each townhome is fully equipped with a full kitchen. Guests may also enjoy the Lounge & Pool Bar. Lite Far is available poolside.

The establishment provides complimentary transportation to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and SeaWorld. Starting on October 1st, 2011 there is a resort fee of about $12.50 per unit per night payable locally.

This family-friendly resort is located near Sea World, Universal Studios and the Downtown Disney area. The theme parks can all be reached within 20 minutes by car. Meanwhile, the centre of Kissimmee is a 15-minute drive away and Orlando can be reached in 35 minutes from the accommodation.

How to get there
From Orlando International Airport (MCO): Take the south airport exit (417 South). Take 535 (exit #6) and proceed to the 2nd set of traffic lights and turn left onto S.R. 535. Go approximately 5 km to Kyngs Heath Road (traffic light) and turn right. The resort's registration centre is approximately 400 metres on the right, next to tennis courts.
