A lovely warm and professional welcome from the front of house receptionist. The entrance was warm, clean and easy to find.
We had a problem with the electricity in our room- it was intermittent and so the heating and kettle wouldn't work. We were
quickly helped and after a short while we moved rooms. Each room was really good, and I would have been happy to stay in
either. Very clean, tidy and good quality. Breakfast was very good - served in a comparatively small area there was a wide
selection of food and this was fresh and and hot.
