Easy access parking lot always available. Is clean and room is very comfortable. Bathroom is also good.

Some rooms are too cold.

The lower the ranks the more admirable Service provided: when I called just arrived, the rooms-Coordination sent immediately for an extremely attentive Waiter who readily guessed (from former visits) about my personal needs on shaving-kit, hangers, Tea-bags, you mention... and room-Service set again up the level of satisfaction ( at four in the morning! ) even higher than ever when asked for some fresh Serving of natural fruits: impressive chariot well fitted to every imaginable variety complete with honey preserves and confectionery, spectacular presentation (and impeccable appearance of this second Waiter as well) made for an unforgettable experience... No wonder an ever increasing part of Staffers is currently receiving offers from competing hôteliers: do I need to say more ?.

Nearly flip myself over when sitting at the veranda outside Lobby-bar: the wide gap between flooring Slabs gave to my chair-support because of irregular adjustments, all across the Terrace --so beware ladies if wearing stilettos--. And it´s not the only mishap (stinky return-odours at O-level restrooms suffocate the user in windy days, for instance) : I simply can´t believe such a poor design could still happen in these noticeable costly facilities, definitely well below standards (to say the least). Modern, clean, nice breakfast

30 stories and the bar is on the lower-ground floor! Not very bright.. Far away from almost everything

very modern hotel, very clean , the shower is terrific as well all the light sensors in the room,there is a switch for relaxation where the lights dim automatically and the room becomes very romantic, ideal for those intimate moments, there is a switch for lecture, and so on,

On the negative side, parking could be a problem, there is a hotel carpark but it is very expensive , leaving the car on the road is not an option if you intend to park during the day, as there are many traffic wardens and meter parkings are difficult to find and are limited for a few hours, Also the hotel restaurant seems always to be fully booked, and could be a problem, if you arrive late and hungry as you will have to find somewhere outside the hotel, Also no swimming pool or other amenieties, only a very basic gym was available.

A bit of shopping, I guess, as all the attractions of the city are not nearby, you will need public transport or a taxi to go to the center of Madrid, Hence why I classify it as business type hotel,

Faltaban algunos accesorios de baño, como cepillo de dientes o gorro.

Increíbles vistas y decoración. La cama estupenda y el baño y la ducha geniales.

Para ser un Hotel de 5 estrellas, me pareció extraño tener que llamar para pedir algo tan simple como un limpia zapatos. La habitación estaba algo fría cuando llegamos y con una ligera capa de polvo en el suelo. El amanecer es impresionante pero deja entrever que las contraventanas están algo necesitadas de una buena limpieza.

EXCELENTE

Hotel moderno, habitación muy amplia con vistas excelentes desde la planta 27 (desde Chamartin hasta el aeropuerto de Barajas). Amanecer espectacular. Baño con ducha y bañera, comunicado con la habitación con una ventana y paneles correderos de madera para dar intimidad.

Baño muy oscuro, con poca luz para maquillarse. Puerta del baño traslúcida, así que por la noche se ilumina toda la habitación. Lejos del centro, aunque hay metro y autobús muy cerca del hotel.
