The Hotel is located in Via Nazionale, therefore in a strategic position in the centre of Rome. Between Piazza Venezia, via del Corso etc and Termini Station. That position is for me- I come from Rome - one of the best. Rooms were clean.
Well, I went there with my girlfriend who comes from abroad, and we were expecting a much nicer and welcoming room for our short staying. The room was quite small, the bed was low on the ground compared to the high windows, which is odd. The staff was not professional at all, probably a typical characteristic of the personnel in Rome (coming from Rome I know) and their English was quite poor to be fair. Also we had heavy luggage but none helped us or offered to help us. Also the price is too high for what they offer. But again the location is the good point.

Excellent location
small (tiny) lifts which take 2 people and bags only
Everything in Rome is within 10 minutes

Just a recommendation: Don't use the local internet, the PC's have trojans installed. I had my Credit Card number stolen when I paid through a secured website. But nothing bad happened, my bank blocked the card timely.
Excellent service quality
No bad things to say, the hotel is great. if you don't like noisy italian streets just don't accept a room on Via Nazionale, but in general it's a pleasant thing to have a nice view on that street while in Rome
Lot of things to do: YOU ARE IN ROME, the hotel is perfectly located in the center.

We would be happy to use this hotel on our next visit to Rome, it would be a certainty if they provided tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms.
Good position for access to the metro, railway station and most of the sight seeing 'hot spots' in the city. Hotel generally very clean with attractive modern decor. Reception staff all spoke good English and were very helpful.
No tea making facilities in the room. Room rather small. Restaurant menu limited.
Not much in Via Nazionale apart from a cinema and Irish pub but plenty of good restaurants in surrounding backstreets with the Opera House five minutes walk away.

Via Nazionale is a bit noisy, but not excessively so.
Friendly helpful staff, very central to all the sights!
Visit the Trevi Fountain, Collesseum - all within walking distance.

I think that it would be a good idea to provide coffee/tea facilities in the room so a guest can make his or her own coffee when required. without calling room service.
