lake and pool view from room, ,plenty of staff on duty, friendly and helpful, security guards noticable in the evenings, large free carpark.good position near parks, and all amenites. studio room good size with small balcony, hotel grounds nicely tended too. two large swimming pools one heated plus indoor pool open 24 hours
our room was a bit tatty settee worn out cupboards falling apart

very central and agood base for access to theme parks accomodation very spacious and clean facilities excellent

The outside does not match the inside.the pool area is ok and grounds The staff are helpful .
The inside of blocks need up grading very badly they charge for safe which most others include in price. We have been here before but would not go back as ALL rooms are privately owned but management do not make owners keep up a certain standard with result you can pay more than next door and get a room which has not been up graded
