This building was built in 1948 but renovated in 2006. The air-conditioned hotel comprises a total of 232 rooms on 9 floors, of which 155 are double rooms, 24 are single rooms, 16 are junior suites and 2 are suites. Amongst the hotel's facilities count a hairdresser's salon, a bar, a snack-restaurant, a roof terrace with a pool (during the summer season), and WLAN Internet access in the whole hotel. Public transport is available directly in front of the hotel, as well as the Santo Domingo underground station.
