Really proffessional and helpful reception staff. The room was nice and the hotel quite comfy. I was there with a rented car, and even though I did not inform them and their parking was full, they found a very close and cheap Parking for me within seconds. They also recommend us the perfect place for our first Greek dinner there (Agio, I think was the name)
It is ubicated in a main city street, so it may be quite noisy. However, we were in the 7th floor and had no problems.
The location is great to enjoy the city. Lots of clothing shops, restaurants and nice turistic places such as squares, churches and so on. The white tower is relatively close (20 minutes walking through the port). Nice beaches would require more time.

Well situated with airport bus stop opposite and station not too far away. Breakfast service duration longer than many hotels in my experience although we didn't need a late breakfast on this occasion. No minibar but that is not necessarily a bad thing!

Booked in November for January visit - asked for double bed, not twins on 5th floor or above. Got twin beds on 4th floor and told double beds not available as only 5 in hotel. When mentioned we had booked 2 months ahead so surely they could have reserved one, got told we shouldn't have expected it!!!
