    great thai restaurant and antiques searching, taxis easily avail, best of all water trip through the canals and on the river

    In true Thai custom, the staff could not be more genuinely friendly or helpful.

    The location of the hotel is excellent, being right on the doorstep of the underground, the skytrain, the overground and the tourist ferries.

    The air conditioning in some public areas was a little TOO effective - I actually felt cold sometimes!

    the room that we stayed in was old, in the bathroom the drain was blocked and dirty. Further still the concierge was rude and not helpful at all. On the up side we stayed at the dusit thani hua hin and that hotel was gorgeous and top marks all around.

    The room was a little tired looking but still very nice. Every thing else about our stay was wonderful. We have a 3 year old who had jet lag and it took her three days to get back into a routine, the staff could not have been more lovely with her. No mater what time of day from breakfast to 3 am when we were calling room service for friut salad because she was hungry. They were always kind, thoughtful and very engaging with her. We would most definitely stay again. Thank you Dusit Thani staff

    amabilité et qualité de service impeccable, installations excellentes.

    les prix de certains services (notamment Internet) sont exagérés.

    Situé parfaite, devant le plus grand jardin de Bangkok, juste à coté du "metro" et pas loin des areas de loisirs et shopping.

    Un hôtel très bien situé, avec le skytrain et le metro juste à côté, sans parler du marché de Patpong à peine à 5 minutes à pied. Un très bon acceuil, avec un personnel toujours très serviable. L'hôtel comprend plusieurs restaurants, dont un japonais, que je vous recommande vivement, car je l'ai testé personnellement. Les chambres sont grandes avec un grande salle de bain. Les seuls côtés négatifs que je pourrais signaler est la moquette de la chambre qui était tâchée et la salle de bain qui malgré le marbre fait un peu vieillote, mais c'est purement esthétique. Pour le confort, rien à redire c'était top!
