Stylish, immaculate room with excellent bathroom facilities providing all comforts a traveller could wish for. Very handy location -- off the main Avenues so not bothered by noise but easy access to everything. Reception staff very helpful.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The beds were so comfortable I wanted to stay another day just to stay in the bed!!!!!! Up to date bathroom and the terrace was great!!!!
Room was a little small but that is to be expected in the Big Apple.

Very good central location. Staff very helpful and happy to assist. Free wifi and wired access in room. Modern rooms with tv, shower and coffee making facilities. I went here with my wife for a 5 day break and we found the hotel excellent overall.
Breakfast is quite expensive for what you get; coffee, cereal, muffin, croissant. Limited facilities, although there is a well equipped gym. The hotel description mentions a jacuzzi, steam room and spa but these were not present at the hotel!!!

The hotle staff were fantastic, very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and maintained to a high standard
The hotel is in a fantastic location, it is walking distance from Times Square, Empire State, Madisson Square Gardens and many other tourist attractions

The location
Room service was slow, forgetful, and unprofessional. They forgot one of our plates and then argued when we called them back, then on the up they dropped one of our entrees on the floor. We rented a movie which cost 14.95 and it skipped the whole movie.
The hotel was centrally located among all the hot tourist stops of new york.

El hotel está bien, las habitaciones son pequeñas pero es cómodo y limpio. La zona no está mal, pero está entre la 8ª y la 9ª avenida (calle 36). Tienen wi-fi gratis y puedes imprimir lo que está muy bien.
Como he dicho, las habitaciones son pequeñas. Deberían haber reducido el número y hacerlas más amplias. Esto es un problema si viajas con bastante equipaje.
