Hotel was very nice and the Hotelopia rate was incredible! The bar restaurant had good food and drinks, but it does close at 11 p.m. even on weekends which made it a little difficult if you wanted late night socializing. The beds were great! Rooms were clean. Pool area and lobby was nice. Staff was courteous and helpful.
Parking was $13 a night. Area was not the best, but no problems with safety. Traffic on Colonial was a bear sometimes, but it still only took about 15 minutes to get to plenty of restaurants, shopping etc.

Close to the highway, lots of parking space, the rooms with double bed are not king size , but big enough for a family with 3 or 4. correct service. the final room and service responded exactly to what we had ordered; as such I could advise this decent hotel to any family wanting to spent much of his time outside the hotel.
When I had originally ordered a room double bed for the family (3 adults) several weeks before traveling via hotelopia, I also called 2 weeks after reservation the hotel in order to be sure that the reservation was captured by the hotel. The hotel reception confirmed by phone that they had received the booking for 3 adults double room. the first day at late arrival , we were really deceived receiving a room with single bed (the second bed should have been the sofa, but which was not prepared - no blankets) 14'th floor under the sunroof, steaming hot, with a very noisy airco. After complaning, the hotel reception pretended that they didn't get the right order from hotelopia, which I doubted. After some time of discussion, finally they admitted that the hotel was overbooked. Then, a mobile bed was rolled in in the room, but with the two halfs together (blankets in it) on his wheels, left behind without unfolding. After unfolding by ourselves, we got the impression that the blankets on the bed were not clean. The first day, we really didn't get the hotel service you may expect from a hotel of this class. But fortunately the second day we got the right room so that the real holliday could start from that moment. So the evaluation above is only valid starting from the second day.

Wonderful staff! I will be back. Thanks.
