Opened in 2008, this is the first global brand-name hotel located within the immediate vicinity of Singapore Changi Airport. With direct access to the airport's new Terminal 3, it is less an airport hotel and more a superbly comfortable and stylish hotel in an extremely convenient location. The 320-room hotel is hi-tech with sleek, modern lines and features rooms with private patios and poolside sundecks; creative oval-shaped meeting rooms; plus 'secret gardens' that will surprise and delight guests. Fully air-conditioned, the hotel features a lobby with 24-hour reception service, hotel safe, currency exchange facilities and lift access. Additional services include a business centre, gift shop, airport meet-&-greet service, concierge service, laundry and dry cleaning service (fees apply) and disability-friendly facilities. Dining options include a café, bar and restaurant, and conference facilities and Internet access are available (the latter for a fee). The hotel includes 209 36 m² deluxe rooms. Displaying aspects of both a city hotel and a resort hotel, they are at the same time high-tech and warm - plugged-in yet chilled-out - and thus give a pleasant and rejuvenating experience to weary travellers. The hotel offers a selection of room types with king-size, queen-size or twin beds, private patios and poolside sundecks. Each room features a desk, high-speed Internet access, cable/satellite TV, in-room safe, individually regulated air conditioning and a minibar/mini fridge. Further facilities include hairdryer, direct dial telephone, radio, tea and coffee making facilities and an ironing set. Each bathroom comes with a freestanding over-sized bathtub and a separate shower. Disability-friendly and both smoking and non-smoking rooms are available.

Recreational facilities include a 30-metre landscaped lap pool with sun loungers laid out on the terrace poolside; massage treatment rooms for massage and spa treatments (fees apply); and a well equipped gym.

Food and beverage options include AZUR - an all-day dining restaurant built around a show kitchen concept, in which chefs present a lively multicultural cooking theatre. Meanwhile, the Imperial Treasure serves Cantonese cuisine by one of the top restaurant groups in Singapore. Bar 75 offers light snacks and tapas, and the Lobby Lounge serves pastries, teas and evening drinks. This airport hotel is located at Changi Airport in the east of Singapore. It lies close to the Singapore EXPO, business parks, golf, the East Coast Park Beach and Katong, with its unmistakable old-world charm and colourful rows of traditional Peranakan shophouses with Art Deco architecture. Downtown shopping and entertainment districts are easily accessible via the extensive Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) train network from Changi Airport station. Alternatively, they can be reached in 20 minutes by car via the city's expressways.

How to get there

The hotel is conveniently linked to Terminal 3 of Changi International Airport via a covered walkway. Guests arriving into Singapore at terminals 1 and 2 can also reach the hotel via the Airport's new automated People Mover System - the Sky Train - which comprises ten trains. The Skytrain operates from 0500hrs to 0230hrs daily. The service is free and it takes approximately 1-4 minutes to travel between terminals. The average waiting time for the skytrain is between 1 to 3 minutes.
