Renovated in 2002, this family-friendly apartment hotel comprises two buildings with a total of 70 rooms, of which 35 are apartments. Guests are welcomed in the inviting lobby with a reception desk open 24 hours, safes and a currency exchange desk. The hotel also features a small supermarket, shops, a bicycle hire service and a bicycle cellar. Further facilities include a cosy café, a bar, an auditorium and a restaurant with highchairs for younger guests. Guests staying on business may wish to make use of the hotel's conference room. Various water sports may be enjoyed on the beach such as sailing, catamaran sailing, diving and canoeing. Parasols and sun loungers are also laid out on the beach ready for use. Guests are also offered the opportunity to explore Sardinia's natural world on horseback. There is an entertainment programme to provide some variation.
