For a four star hotel I would expect to get tea/coffee making facilities, trouser press and extra pillows
Good position as Metro, bars and restaurants not far away.

Personnel were very helpful and friendly. Rooms and all areas were very clean. Location was good.
The details said the bedroom was separate to the living area but it was not. We would not have booked this hotel because we had small children with us. We wanted them to be in a separate bedroom. The details said there would be kettle facilities in the room but there was not. The cafeteria was not open until 10.30am so it was not possible to get drinks until this time. Not very good for children.

The hotel is considered as the best 4 stars that I have visit. Unique architecture and decoration. Located in a very nice and quite place of Madrid.

El parking es caro, 15 euros diarios
The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly, profesional and accomodating. TYhe hotel was close to bus stops and metro connections.
The bed was too hard and the pillows were hard and too low. The breakfast ended at 11:00, not convenient if you want to sleep late. I did not think that I should have been charged for parking, parking should be part of the accomodations. The soap was not enough for two people.
