This is a fantastic hotel, right next to plaza de españa and gran via in madrid. If I come again to madrid I will go to this same hotel. In reception they were very helpful in guiding me in different thigs to do. This hotel has great value for money and I will come back for sure. The recepcionist in the hotel was great.
within walking distance there are many restaurants, theaters, cinemas shops and other things. Around 400 meter in Princessa there is a great shopping mall, El corte Ingles, where you can basically find anything. Tube station and bus is 100 metres from the hotel.

Cama muy corta, para gente de baja estatura...y para acceder a la habitación hay que salir a la calle desde la recepción (algo inaudito en un hotel de 4 estrellas)

el personal muy amable, bien situado, en el centro y cerca de boca del metro. el desayuno correcto

Trato del personal
Colchones con necesidad de cambiar. Puertas armarios rotas, puerta habitación con desperfecto, señal de humedad en el techo, material del baño acorde con un tres estrellas, no este que se supone es de cuatro, desayuno también acorde con hotel de tres estrellas, no de esta categoría.

Para mejorar: baños pequeños, escasos maitines (solo jabón de manos y un mini gel y pañuelos).

Muy correcto en general. El personal muy amable nos dió todas las facilidades a su alcance.
La habitación que nos dieron daba a un patio interior y no tenia vistas. Con todo la habitación estaba bien.
Centrally located and close to the Metro... very little time was spent in the hotel as it was only an overnight trip but staff were all very helpful.
As we were in a rush to get to the Caja Mágica, we asked the receptionist where we could get a good (non-tourist!) meal. She recommended a bar/cafeteria just a short distance up the hill from the hotel (next to the Florist) where menu of the day was very acceptable and ecconomic!
