The structure includes 102 rooms in all in one single block for about 220 beds, served by four lifts; it is equipped with two restaurants, three bars, reception, panoramic hall, panoramic terrace with piano bar, swimming pools at different levels, verandas, arcades, gardens, independent car park and fee paying garage. Almost all of them with a view of the sea, the rooms enjoy wide and privileged verandas towards "Golfo del Pevero".
Room description
All rooms have bathroom with tub/shower, direct telephone (also in the bathroom), satellite TV, Sky - Pay per View with cable radio also in the bathroom, fridge, safe, quick and direct internet connection, hairdryer, air conditioning, veranda or terrace. They are subdivided in: Camera Standard - double room, balconyCamera Superior - double room with a view of the sea, balconyCamera Deluxe - double room with a view of the sea, sun beds on the terrace.
Sport activities description
In addition to the inside equipped park and the gardens, the hotel makes available sun beds, beach umbrellas and essential objects reserved to the guests on the Piccolo Pevero beach, with the possibility, in addition, to practice nautical sport activities (fee paying). An equipped gymnasium is available. The five swimming pools, some of which with playground for children and one with hydro massage, are all equipped with sun beds, shady area and sea towels. The overall water and solarium surface is about 4000 square metres.

The hotel is located in the heart of Costa Smeralda at about three kilometres from the centre of Porto Cervo. It spreads over a green area of about 50.000 square metres, in a gentle slope sliding down towards the splendid "Golfo del Pevero". It is at about 250 metres from the "Piccolo Pevero" beach and about 700 metres from the "Grande Pevero" beach.
