Built in 2012 in the local style of low-rise, white-washed blocks, the hotel offers guests comfortable accommodation with 80 rooms and some occasional light entertainment provided. There are shops, restaurants and bars within 3 minutes' walk of the hotel and the beach is a 10-minute walk away. Gumusluk is approximately 7 km from the hotel, Yalikavak is around 20 km away and Milas airport is roughly 55 km away.
