The reception is occupied 24-hours and there is a lift. In addition, there is a shop, a hairdresser's salon, a bar, a nightclub, a TV room and an air-conditioned restaurant. There is a laundry service on offer for guests. There is a kids' club for children aged between 4 and 10 years.

The pilgrimage destination of Candelaria is located 3 km away, where guests may find a black sandy beach. It is about 8 km to a white sandy beach. There are shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Links to the public transport network are located in the immediate vicinity (roughly 20 metres). Tenerife's southerly airport is about 45 km from the hotel.
