Wonderful location with spectacular views over the harbour. From small fishing boats to multi million pound yachts, cruise ships to canoes they all enthral. Well appointed rooms with comfortable beds, lovely spacious en suite shower rooms, balconies with outside chairs, table and drying rack. The restaurant serves buffet style meals, great choice of hot and cold foods at breakfast and dinner. Selection of wines well priced, they even put tags on so you can finish the bottle the following evening! We swam in the pool which is sea water filled, and were surprised to find a disabled hoist available for clients use, a great benefit for many. We viewed the gym but . . . All the staff were friendly and helpful, the reception is open 24 hours a day and coffee is available there most times. Limited parking in car park, but we walked 50 yards and found ample space for the car. Our second stay here, will be back.

breakfast and food was OK but could be better, lounge beds at the swimming pool old fashionned and uncomfortable

Un hotel excepcional. Todo perfecto. Instalaciones, limpieza, buffet, personal. Si vuelvo a Menorca no dudaré en alojarme de nuevo en este hotel.

El buffet del desayuno espectacular, comida y cena no lo sabemos porque no teníamos contratado este regimen. La piscina muy bonita. Habitación muy bien.
No hay playas cerca y el sistema de wifi solo funciona desde el hall. La comunicación mala como en toda la isla para ir a según que parte. Cerca del hotel hay una parada de autobús que te lleva a Mahón y desde allí ya puedes coger otros buses que te lleven a otras partes.
Pasear por el puerto.

muy bien en todo buena relacion calidad precio y quizas actualizar un poco o modernizar baños de las habitaciones. no es queja simplemente creo que podria mejorarse
en general muy bien me gusto mucho el comedor vistas impresionantes
por poner un pero, el estado de la habitacion no me parrecio acorde con el resto del hotel muy bien el comedor , recepcion entrada, la habitacion y baño....

Muy limpio. Vistas desde el restaurante bonitas. Zona tranquila.
Me parecio que a las habitaciones les faltaba renovar el mobiliario, era muy antiguo y con poca cosa se podria mejorar. En la comida faltaba variedad.

The hotel was spotless. The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. The food was excellent.
