The hotel shares some facilities with other hotels in the same complex. Displaying traditional Moroccan architecture, the hotel has a total of 343 rooms constructed in typical Moorish style, surrounded by palm trees and separated by beautiful green tropical plants. The hotel was built in 1986, and was refurbished in 2007. The hotel lobby provides a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a cloakroom, lift access, newspaper stand and currency exchange facilities. Guests can enjoy a drink at the hotel café or bar, pamper themselves at the hairdressing salon or be entertained during a visit to the hotel disco. The hotel offers conference facilities and an auditorium for meetings and presentations as well as WLAN Internet access. Due to the high number of steps, the hotel is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties. People from muslim countries/religion need a marriage certificate to share a double room.
