The parliament is about 5 minutes on foot from the hotel, the Byward Market some 7 minutes, and the National Gallery around 10 minutes. The nearest place to go cross-country skiing is in Gatineau Park, some 10 km from the hotel and the nearest ski area in Camp Fortune is around 20 km.
