This resort hotel is situated minutes from the beach in Cape Tribulation, where the rainforest meets the reef. Cape Tribulation is the only place on earth where two World Heritage-listed environments thrive alongside each other: On the one side lies the extraordinary tropical underworld of the Daintree Rainforest National Park, whilst the other is home to the sparkling turquoise of the Great Barrier Reef. Guests will find restaurants, woods and the beach all right by the hotel, whilst the centre of Cape Tribulation is some 3 km away. Cairns International Airport is 140 km from the accommodation.

How to get there
From Cairns Airport: Head north towards Port Douglas and Mossman, drive past the Port Douglas and turn right through the township of Mossman. After passing Mossman (30 km), turn right towards the Daintree River ferry crossing (a large sign indicates turn). Do not drive straight ahead, as this will lead to Daintree village. Join the vehicle ferry (approximately AUD 20 return) as directed by ferry staff. After the ferry crossing is the Daintree National Park. The road here is windy and dark in places due to rainforest canopies, so drive slowly and with care. The resort is located approximately a 45-minute drive from the ferry crossing.
