The hotel is housed in a typical small palace of the Venetian nobility of the late 1300's, modified at the end of the 16th century, the period in which the façade with its piano nobile balcony was built. Comprising a total of 29 rooms, the air-conditioned establishment offers a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, lift access, a café, bar and restaurant. Room description
The rooms are equipped with the most up-to-date technology such as a remote control door opener with transponder key, rooms darkened by electronic curtains, a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, minibar, room safe, personal computer hook-up, ISDN lines and complimentary WLAN Internet connection. There are also sprinklers and smoke detectors. A fax machine is available upon request. The en suite bathrooms are in an innovative material called Starlite, which creates the effect of small shining stars, and they are equipped with a hydro-system, shower, bath, hairdryer and a towel warmer. Further standard features include double beds, a radio, air conditioning and central heating.
Sport activities description
A Turkish bath is available for guests' use (complimentary), and a feature which the grand Venetian homes had, called stua (stove). Here one will also find the roof-terrace solarium, which opens out over the rooftops of Venice. Massages are available for a fee.

Buffets are served at all meal times, whilst lunch and dinner are also offered à la carte and set menus.

Situated just across the Ponte dell'Accademia bridge, the hotel is in a quiet part of town a stone's throw from the Grand Canal and the Peggy Guggenheim Foundation. Piazza San Marco is also a short stroll away. Marco Polo International Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 12 km from the hotel and Treviso Airport is roughly 30 km away.
